Zia Property Snagging is an independent, RERA-approved property snagging and inspection company based in Business Bay, Dubai. Our certified civil engineers inspect new and existing properties for buyers, tenants and investors across all 7 UAE emirates.
No. We work only for property buyers and owners. We have no commercial relationship with any developer, so every report is completely unbiased.
Zia is RERA-approved, DED-licensed and DLD-compliant, and our inspectors are InterNACHI-certified. We are also registered with Abu Dhabi City Municipality.
Our office is at Office 1606, Empire Heights A, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
