How quickly will you reply?
During working hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00) we aim to call you back within 15 minutes of your request. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working morning.
Can I book an inspection on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send your name, property type, community and handover date to +971 56 901 9343 on WhatsApp and we'll confirm a slot and a fixed price.
Do you work on Sundays?
Our office is closed on Sundays. You can still send a WhatsApp message or use the form, and we'll reply on Monday morning.
What should I have ready when I contact you?
Your property type and size, the community and building or cluster name, and your handover or transfer date. This lets us quote a fixed price straight away.
Can I visit your office?
Yes. Our office is at Office 1606, Empire Heights A, Business Bay, Dubai. Please call ahead so an engineer is available to meet you.
Do you cover areas outside Dubai?
Yes. We inspect properties across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.
